How To Make Chinese Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chicken broth. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add green beans to the skillet and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until they are bright green and crisp-tender.

Pour the sauce mixture over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.

Season with salt, to taste.

Serve hot as a side dish or with steamed rice as a main course.
