How To Make 10-Minute Pad Thai

Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add cooked rice noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Pour the sauce over the noodles and stir to coat evenly.

Add bean sprouts and chopped green onions to the pan, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro.

Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
