How To Make Ground Pork and Zucchini Noodle Stir-Fry Recipe
A quick and easy stir-fry dish made with ground pork and zucchini noodles that is perfect for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 medium-sized zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground pork. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking up any clumps with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.

Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the zucchini noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the zucchini noodles are tender.
