Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 medium-sized zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground pork. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking up any clumps with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.

  2. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Add the zucchini noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the zucchini noodles are tender.

  4. Divide the stir-fry into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.
