How To Make Black Bean Pork with Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz noodles, cooked according to package instructions
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, add garlic and red bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant and tender.

  3. Add black beans, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

  4. Return the pork to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, or until pork is cooked through.

  5. Serve the black bean pork over cooked noodles and garnish with sliced green onions.
