- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat it evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the coated pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the pork chops to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
