How To Make Mustardy Pork & Apples

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 apples, cored and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear on each side until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the sliced apples and onion. Cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.

Place the seared pork chops back into the skillet, on top of the apples and onion.

Pour the mustard mixture over the pork chops, apples, and onion.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
