Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

  3. Rub the garlic mixture all over the pork chops, covering them evenly.

  4. Place the seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
