How To Make Parma Pork with Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Parma pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Rub the Parma pork chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill or bake the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

While the pork chops are cooking, prepare the potato salad. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, red onion, celery, and parsley. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.

Once the pork chops are cooked, remove them from the grill or oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
