Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs of roast beef
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Season the roast beef with salt and pepper and place it in a roasting pan. Cook in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until medium-rare.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a muffin tin in the oven for 5 minutes.

  5. Carefully pour the batter into the hot muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.

  6. Bake the Yorkshire puddings in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and puffed.

  7. Remove the roast beef from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  8. Serve the sliced roast beef with the Yorkshire puddings.
