How To Make Roast Beef Yorkies

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of roast beef
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Season the roast beef with salt and pepper and place it in a roasting pan. Cook in the oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until medium-rare.

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Heat the vegetable oil in a muffin tin in the oven for 5 minutes.

Carefully pour the batter into the hot muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.

Bake the Yorkshire puddings in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and puffed.

Remove the roast beef from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced roast beef with the Yorkshire puddings.
