How To Make Cheesy Celeriac, Potato & Bacon Pie

Ingredients
- 1 celeriac, peeled and diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the celeriac and potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked celeriac, potatoes, and bacon to the bowl and stir well to combine.

Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish and spread it evenly.

Top with the grated cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
