How To Make Potato & Celeriac Kugel

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 celeriac, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, grated celeriac, chopped onion, beaten eggs, flour, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Grease a baking dish with oil or cooking spray.

Pour the potato and celeriac mixture into the baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
