How To Make Big Bacon & Egg Pie

Ingredients
- 6 strips of bacon
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper together.

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish.

Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese onto the pie crust.

Spread the crumbled bacon evenly over the cheese.

Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Place the pie dish on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pie is set and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
