Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie dish, trimming any excess crust.

  3. Sprinkle the cooked bacon and shredded cheese evenly over the crust.

  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the pie dish.

  6. Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
