How To Make Mushroom and Brie Tart Recipe
A delicious and savory tart filled with mushrooms and brie cheese on a flaky crust.

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 6 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Place the pie crust in a tart pan and prick it with a fork. Blind bake for 15 minutes.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, garlic, and thyme. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.

Layer the cooked mushrooms in the pre-baked crust. Top with sliced brie.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Pour the mixture evenly over the mushrooms and brie.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
