Ingredients
- 1 lb of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions

In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add in mushrooms and cook until tender.

Add in ginger, garlic, and green onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes.

Pour sauce over mushrooms and stir until well combined.
