Ingredients

  • 12 chipolata sausages
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar.

  3. Place the chipolatas on the prepared baking tray and brush them with the glaze, reserving some for later.

  4. Bake the chipolatas in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then remove them from the oven and brush them with the remaining glaze.

  5. Return the chipolatas to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until they are sticky and caramelized.

  6. Serve the sticky chipolatas hot as an appetizer or with a side of vegetables or salad as a main dish.
