  • 12 chipolatas
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 12 slices of pancetta
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Wrap each chipolata with a sage leaf, then wrap with a slice of pancetta.

  3. Place the wrapped chipolatas onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the pancetta is crispy and the chipolatas are cooked through.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
