How To Make Pancetta & sage-wrapped chipolatas

- 16 chipolatas
- 8 slices of pancetta
- 16 fresh sage leaves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wrap each chipolata with a slice of pancetta and secure with a toothpick.

Place a sage leaf on top of each chipolata and wrap another slice of pancetta around it.

Arrange the wrapped chipolatas on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
