How To Make Pancetta & sage-wrapped chipolatas

Ingredients

  • 16 chipolatas
  • 8 slices of pancetta
  • 16 fresh sage leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Wrap each chipolata with a slice of pancetta and secure with a toothpick.

  3. Place a sage leaf on top of each chipolata and wrap another slice of pancetta around it.

  4. Arrange the wrapped chipolatas on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
