How To Make Sticky Coconut Rice, Mango & Passion Fruit
A delicious and tropical dessert made with sticky coconut rice, ripe mango and tangy passion fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sticky rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 2 passion fruits, pulp removed
Instructions

Rinse the sticky rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a saucepan, combine the sticky rice, coconut milk, and sugar.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover.

Allow the rice to simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until it is tender and all the liquid has been absorbed.

Remove the rice from the heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.

Fluff the rice with a fork and transfer it to serving bowls.

Top each bowl of rice with diced mango and passion fruit pulp.
