Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1lblarge shrimp,peeled and deveined, chopped
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • cuphot sauce,like Frank’s
  • 1romaine lettuce head,or butter lettuce, 12 leaves, leaves separated, for serving
  • ¼cupred onion,finely chopped
  • 1celery rib,sliced thin
  • ½: 5px”>chives,chopped, optional garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.

  2. Add the shrimp and garlic.

  3. Cook, flipping halfway, for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque on both sides.

  4. Turn off the heat and add the hot sauce, then toss to coat.

  5. Add scant ¼ cup of shrimp to the center of a romaine leaf.

  6. Top with blue cheese dressing, red onion, celery, and chives.

  7. Serve, and enjoy!
