Ingredients
- 1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 1lblarge shrimp,peeled and deveined, chopped
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- â…“cuphot sauce,like Frank’s
- 1romaine lettuce head,or butter lettuce, 12 leaves, leaves separated, for serving
- ¼cupred onion,finely chopped
- 1celery rib,sliced thin
- ½cuplight blue cheese dressing,or ranch dressing, homemade or jarred
- chives,chopped, optional garnish
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.

Add the shrimp and garlic.

Cook, flipping halfway, for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque on both sides.

Turn off the heat and add the hot sauce, then toss to coat.

Add scant ¼ cup of shrimp to the center of a romaine leaf.

Top with blue cheese dressing, red onion, celery, and chives.
