Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Wash the kale leaves and dry them thoroughly.

  3. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Add the kale leaves to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.

  6. Spread the kale leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the leaves are crispy and slightly browned.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
