Ingredients

  • 1 pound sprouting broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Trim the ends of the sprouting broccoli and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat.

  4. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.

  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Stir well to combine.

  6. Serve the roasted sprouting broccoli with the sriracha mayonnaise on the side.
