  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch thick slices.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and garlic powder.

  4. Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

  5. Place the seasoned potato slices on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are tender and have grill marks.

  6. Remove the potatoes from the grill and serve hot.
