- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Wash the potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch thick slices.
