Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a large bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  4. Pour the marinade over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Place the cauliflower onto a grill pan or skewers and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally,until charred and tender.

  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
