How To Make Gammon & Cauliflower Cheese Grills

Ingredients
- 4 thick slices of gammon
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 200g cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 250ml milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Place the gammon slices on a grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Meanwhile, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth and thickened.

Stir in the grated cheese and mustard until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the cooked cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over the top.

Place under the grill for 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbling.
