How To Make Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, creating a flat base. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick slices, creating “steaks.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the oil mixture.

Place the cauliflower steaks on the grill and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until charred and tender.

Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve the grilled cauliflower steaks with lemon wedges on the side.
