Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the asparagus and green peas and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.

  3. Add the garlic and soy sauce and stir-fry for another minute.

  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
