How To Make Quick Asparagus Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add asparagus to the skillet and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, or until it becomes crisp-tender.

Pour the sauce mixture over the asparagus and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

Garnish with sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
