How To Make Anaheim Pepper and Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped Anaheim peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and black pepper.

In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add Anaheim peppers and mushrooms to skillet and sauté until tender.
