How To Make Anaheim Pepper Relish Recipe
A tangy relish made with Anaheim peppers, perfect to add bold flavors to any dish.

Ingredients
- 4 Anaheim peppers
- 1 red onion, diced
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Roast Anaheim peppers in the oven for 25 minutes, then allow them to cool and dice them.

In a medium saucepan, combine diced red onion, apple cider vinegar, water, sugar and salt.

Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to low, allowing it to simmer for 10 minutes.

Add diced Anaheim peppers to the saucepan and stir.

Remove from heat once all ingredients are well mixed. Allow to cool and serve.
