How To Make Anaheim Pepper and Chicken Skewers Recipe
Spicy and delicious chicken skewers with Anaheim peppers.

Ingredients
- 4 Anaheim peppers, seeded and sliced
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 skewers, soaked in water for an hour
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken and Anaheim peppers to the bowl and toss to coat.

Thread chicken and Anaheim peppers onto skewers.

Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and peppers are charred.
