How To Make Breakfast Sausage and Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 oz breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add breakfast sausage and mushrooms, and cook until sausage is browned and mushrooms are tender.

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and mushrooms in the skillet. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
