Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

  2. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
