- 1 head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Remove any tough outer leaves from the cabbage and cut into four wedges.
