Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  2. Remove any tough outer leaves from the cabbage and cut into four wedges.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Brush the cabbage wedges with the olive oil mixture, making sure to evenly coat each wedge.

  5. Place the wedges on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, or until charred and tender.

  6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
