How To Make BBQ Drumsticks with Slaw

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Coat the drumsticks with the BBQ sauce mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.

Place the drumsticks on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and nicely charred.

In the meantime, prepare the slaw by combining the shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a large bowl.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the shredded cabbage and carrots, and toss to coat well.

Once the drumsticks are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve the BBQ drumsticks with the slaw on the side.
