Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.

  2. Preheat grill or pan over medium heat. Cook chicken fillets for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Baste with remaining marinade while cooking.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine cabbage, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to pickle.

  4. Toast burger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken fillet on each bun, topped with a slice of cheese and a generous amount of pickled cabbage.

  6. Serve the Sriracha-glazed Chicken Burgers with additional sriracha sauce on the side.
