- 2 cups sweetcorn kernels
- 1 small squash, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the sweetcorn and diced squash to the saucepan and sauté for 5 minutes, until slightly tender.
