  • 2 cups sweetcorn kernels
  • 1 small squash, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the sweetcorn and diced squash to the saucepan and sauté for 5 minutes, until slightly tender.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are cooked through and slightly caramelized.

  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
