Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets and peas until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the steamed broccoli and peas to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat.

  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

  6. Season with salt to taste.

  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
