Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Mix well.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for a minute.

  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  5. Return beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.

  6. Season with salt to taste.

  7. Serve the sticky green stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles.

  8. Garnish with sesame seeds.
