How To Make Sticky Green Stir-fry with Beef

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- Salt, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for a minute.

Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve the sticky green stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles.

Garnish with sesame seeds.
