Ingredients
- 8 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of bread, toasted
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the asparagus spears on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the asparagus for 10-12 minutes until tender.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.

To assemble, place a slice of toasted bread on each plate. Top with a few asparagus spears, a slice of bacon, and a fried egg.
