How To Make Butter-fried asparagus with black olive & lemon mayonnaise

- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup black olives, pitted and chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Wash and trim the asparagus spears.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender-crisp.

Meanwhile, make the black olive and lemon mayonnaise: In a small bowl, mix together the black olives, mayonnaise, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
