How To Make Laura’s Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro
Instructions

In a skillet, cook the ground turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Transfer the cooked turkey to the slow cooker.

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.

Stir everything together until well combined.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.

Serve the turkey chili hot with optional toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
