  • 2 kohlrabi, peeled and grated

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and salt.

  2. Add grated kohlrabi and green onions to the bowl. Toss until well coated.

  3. Let the slaw sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
