How To Make Garlic and herb stuffed tender turkey crown

Ingredients
- 1 turkey crown (around 1.5kg)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and parsley)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Carefully loosen the skin of the turkey crown, being careful not to tear it.

Spread the garlic and herb mixture under the skin, making sure to cover the entire crown.

Season the outside of the crown with salt and pepper.

Place the turkey crown on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.

Roast the turkey crown in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Remove the turkey crown from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
