Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • Toppings of your choice (sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.

  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto the prepared baking sheet and separate into triangles.

  5. Arrange the triangles in a circle with the wide ends overlapping, leaving a small hole in the center.

  6. Spoon the ground beef mixture onto the wide ends of the triangles, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

  7. Fold the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling and tuck them under the wide ends, creating a ring shape.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  10. Garnish with your favorite toppings and serve.
