How To Make Ground Turkey Taco Meat Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Hard or soft taco shells, for serving
- Taco toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, etc.)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up into crumbles with a spoon or spatula.

Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the ground turkey and stir until well coated.
