How To Make Turkey Chili & Rice Tacos
A delicious and satisfying meal made with ground turkey, chili spices, and rice, served in crispy taco shells.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 taco shells
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, diced avocado, sour cream
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground turkey until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.

Add the cooked turkey back to the skillet and stir in the cooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and flavors are well combined.

While the turkey mixture is cooking, heat the taco shells according to package instructions.

Spoon the turkey chili and rice mixture into the taco shells.

Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
