How To Make Tasty Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Add the carrot and bell pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Return the chicken to the pan and add the chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them with the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
