How To Make Super Easy Stir-Fried Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional garnish: sesame seeds, green onions
Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the cabbage and toss to coat evenly.

Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is well coated and slightly caramelized.
