How To Make Lumpia in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Lumpia wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Lay a lumpia wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.

Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll tightly from bottom to top, sealing the edges with a bit of water.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly spray the lumpia with cooking spray on all sides.

Place the lumpia in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve the lumpia hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
